16. Customer Guarantees 16.1 The customer recognizes that all copies are subject to IFB approval and may be rejected and withdrawn by IFB, regardless of prior consent. 16.2 The client provides data to the IFB in the following formats: a) for text, files must be available in an electronic format as standard text (.txt) or Word (.doc) on a USB, CD-RIFB or e-mail; (b) for images in electronic form, such as those provided by the IFB on USB, CD-RIFB or by email with images prescribed for intended use and without ex post image processing, of appropriate quality. The IFB is not responsible for the quality of images that have been scanned from printed materials; (c) additional costs may be charged to the customer for all necessary measures, including, but not limited to, photography and art direction, photography search, media conversion, digital image processing or data entry services. 16.3 The customer guarantees that all copies submitted to the IFB; (a) be true and fair in all respects; and (b) do not contain prohibited content; and (c) be naturally apolitical and non-religious and suitable for viewers of all ages; and (d) do not be or contain anything that is defamatory or indecent or obscene to a person; and (e) all laws, regulations, codes of conduct, guidelines and standards applicable to the advertising industry and established by any industry regulator or regulator (including, but not limited to, the Fair Trading Act of 1986 and the Codes of Practice of the Advertising Standards Authority Inc.), and (f) does not infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of another person and/or organization; and (g) does not contain evidence of a third party`s action against IFB (including, but not exclusively, material likely to cause or injure a person and/or business); and h) is not false or misleading and is true on the merits; and (i) do not contain or constitute a misleading or misleading statement or contran a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or other provisions of the Commonwealth legislation of the state in question. 16.4 Under time constraints, IFB reserves the right to modify the copy if ifB believes that the copy (or part of it) is contrary to one of the above provisions, so that these changes are made without any liability to the customer or price reduction. 16.5 IFB reserves the right to refuse to accept copies that do not comply with point 16.3. This contract defines the duration (duration) of the franchise agreement, measured from the date of the signing of the franchise agreement until the expiry of the franchise agreement.
